Trainee Casino Dealer

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage assigned casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and other table games.
  
• Explain game rules and procedures to players clearly and professionally.
  
• Handle chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment accurately.
  
• Monitor player behaviour and ensure compliance with casino rules and gaming regulations.
  
• Maintain a high level of attention and fairness throughout the gaming process.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and create an enjoyable gaming experience for all guests.
  
• Report any irregularities, disputes, or suspicious activity to the Pit Supervisor.
  
• Ensure accuracy in payouts and proper documentation of table transactions.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gaming area.

Qualifications & Requirements Academic Qualifications

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a minimum grade of C+ (plus) in English Language and Mathematics.

Other Requirements

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• High level of integrity and customer service orientation.
  
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
