Key ResponsibilitiesSales & MarketingIdentify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the HoReCa sectorDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed set targetsBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and referralsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to the clientsNegotiate contracts and close deals with hotels, restaurants, chains, and catering companies in liason with the Business development ManagerAccount Management & Relationship BuildingServe as the primary point of contact for clients in the assigned regionConduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunitiesDevelop deep understanding of client operations to propose customized cleaning solutionsResolve client concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction scoresMarket Intelligence & StrategyMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunitiesProvide feedback to product development teams on client needs and market demandsParticipate in trade shows, industry events, and association meetingsDevelop case studies and testimonials from successful client implementationsRequirementsQualifications & ExperienceAtleast 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HoReCa, or cleaning/chemical industryProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsEstablished network within the HoReCa industry (hotels, restaurants, catering) is an added advantageStrong understanding of hospitality operations and sanitation requirementsExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel within assigned territory.Atleast a deploma in Business, Marketing, or related fieldDriving skills of not less than 3years (Driving Licence Class BCE)SkillsExperience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Oddo etc.)Multilingual abilities relevant to the local marketBenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + attractive commission structureCompany vehicleOngoing product trainingPerformance-based bonuses and incentives
