This role combines rigorous financial analysis with proactive relationship management to ensure high-quality portfolio performance and strategic cross-sellingEducation Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business course from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Personal Banking one of which should be in credit department
Professional Experience
Industry:
  • 4+ years in Personal/Consumer Banking (Commercial or Microfinance). Market Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of local and global economic trends and banking environments.
Specialization:
  • Working knowledge of Trade Finance (added advantage)
