Job Description
Live-In Farmhand Wanted – 1 Year Contract (Upcountry, Absentee Owner)
Rooted in the land. Trusted with the harvest.
We are seeking a dedicated, self-disciplined, and high-integrity farmhand to manage daily farm operations for an absentee owner. The farmhand will live on-site in provided accommodation, with a limited food allowance and a negotiable monthly cash allowance. The owner will occasionally visit to supervise, guide, and evaluate progress.
Ideal candidate:
Orphans or individuals passionate about farming, even without prior farm ownership experience
Married applicants with no more than one child are welcome
