- Must be a holder of at least a Bachelor of Education degree from a recognized University.
- At least 2 (two years) of teaching experience in a recognized Secondary school.
- Overall KCSE Grade C+ (plus).
- At least C+ (plus) in the two teaching subjects applied for.
- Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Must be proficient in computer applications.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of current educational issues relating to their areas of specialization.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Embrace team spirit.
- Self-driven.
- Ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower learners.
- Experience in handling co-curricular activities is an added advantage.
