- Collaborating with teams to build the annual Advertising & Promotion budget, ensuring alignment with the brandās strategic priorities and the departmentās financial targets.
- Breaking down the annual budget into monthly and quarterly "phasing".
- Participating in the trend process to reallocate resources based on market performance or changing business needs.
- Monitoring Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring that every expense is correctly categorized.
- Ensuring that all A&P spend adheres to Group internal control rules and procurement policies.
- Providing insights to the Finance Director and Brand Teams on how A&P fluctuations impact the overall P&L.
- Acting as the primary financial point of contact for Marketing teams, helping them understand their "Remaining to Spend" and educating them on the best financial practices.
- Preparing documentation for internal or external audits to justify A&P investments and process integrity.
- Bachelorās degree in finance, Accounting, Economics.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or Management Accounting.
- Experience in FMCG is an added advantage
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus
- Advanced excel proficiency
